| Three Thug Mice | Steve Marcus USA 2008 | 11 MIN. The Three Thug Mice are criminal cartoon scoundrels; anti-heroes straight from the gutter. This independent, uncensored animated short film spans a year in the life of the mice, following the hysterical antics and brutal power plays of our verminous trio while they evade the porcine police, the cockroach cocaine cartel and a gaggle of other unsavory characters. Set in the grimy underbelly of the concrete jungle, the mice are rendered in a colorful hand-drawn style and composted against real photographed backgrounds that are a throw back to the dirty, dangerous and derelict bad-old-days of New York City » Trailer |
